1868 is Blaenafon's famous mature cheddar with a bite into the past. It is aged in the cellar of The Lion Hotel, Blaenafon. The distinctive cheddar flavour is typical of the cheddars produced in the past. Bread & Jam was a staple part of the miner’s lunch box and was known as Miners Wedding Cake.
