Brooksgrove Farm, Strawberry Syrup 250ml

Inspired by our own field grown strawberries, we crafted this Strawberry Syrup to capture the essence of the fresh fruit. Gently combining whole strawberries and cane sugar resulted in a syrup with the aroma and taste of freshly picked strawberries. The simple ingredients give maximum versatility and work well with a wide variety of foods and drinks. For instance, it works especially well on ice cream or cheesecake. a fruit cocktail or an Eton mess, and it's as delicious on porridge as it is on pancakes. It also makes a great cocktail mixer for vodka or prosecco. Similarly, put some Strawberry Syrup in your non-alcoholic mocktails and create something totally unique. All our syrups are both gluten and dairy free. They are also vegetarian and vegan friendly. We use neither concentrates nor flavourings and there are no artificial additives.
