A blend of sharp and sweet apples from an orchard in Dinas Mawddwy, in the Dyfi valley. Light, acid forward blend. Sparkling cider, disgorged and corked, good for a celebration or as an aperitif.
A honey sparkled cider named after the field where St Tydecho was seen miraculously ploughing with deer and a wolf.
