  These Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy apply if you are dealing with us as a consumer. If you wish to trade with us as a business, please refer to our trade terms and conditions
 

 

PROCESSING ORDERS

  Blas ar Fwyd expect to deliver your order within 7 working days of receiving your order. If this is not possible then we will email you to notify the expected timescale. We are in the office 9am to 5pm to process orders - orders after this time will be processed the next working day. Our deliveries are made Monday through Friday. We do not deliver on the weekends. A confirmation e-mail will be sent when your order has been dispatched.

 

DELIVERY AREA

  We deliver throughout Wales, England & mainland Scotland. We do not deliver to the Scottish Isles, Ireland or Europe at this time. We may extend this service at a later stage. For further details on the delivery areas please email criw@blasarfwyd.com.

DAMAGES

 

Upon receipt of your order, you should carefully inspect to make sure that it is intact and that all items ordered are included. Our driver or the courier must be informed of breakages or shortages at the time of delivery. We will not accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless they are stated on our or the couriers' documentation.

All damages have to be reported to us at criw@blasarfwyd.com within 36 hours of delivery. If the claim is valid, we will replace or refund damaged or lost goods.To ensure that claims are valid, we may ask for damaged goods to be returned, or photographs to be sent to us showing the damage.

 

PRICES

  All prices on the web site are inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge. Delivery charges are as the rates set out in the delivery section. The prices payable for the products that you order are clearly set out in the web site.

 

AGE RESTRICTIONS

 

In accordance with the law, we will not sell alcohol to anyone who is under the age of 18.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If recipient of the order is different to the person placing the order, the recipient must also be 18 yrs old or over.

If the couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. If the person receiving the order is unable to produce appropriate ID, the couriers will be unable to leave the products.

 

RETURNS

  For fresh food stuffs and perishable items such as cheese, the 14 day cancellation period does not apply. Should you be unhappy with any of the foods received, please email us at criw@blasarfwyd.com quoting your order number.

For non-perishable goods and goods not otherwise exempt by law for return (such as personalised and bespoke items), we will accept an application to cancel or refund an order within 14 days of delivery. Before issuing a refund, we request that goods be returned to us unused and in the original packaging, with no signs of use or wear and tear. Postage costs for these returned goods are at the expense of you, the customer.

 

 

PAYMENT

  Payment for goods on the web site can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro/Switch and Solo. All card holders are subject to validation by checks via our secure payment agent sequestrating and processed by HSBC Merchant Services. We will not deliver any products prior to these checks and authorisations being completed. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment to us, we cannot accept your order, and will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Payment for postal orders is possible by cheque but goods will not be dispatched until payment has fully cleared.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

  We constantly update the information on the website i.e. price changes, label changes and changes to the vintage. However, if these changes occur without warning, the product received might be slightly different to that shown on the website. Hamper contents may vary depending upon stock availability and seasonal changes from the producers. There may also be instances where products are unavailable at the time of order. If this is the case, we will contact you to discuss a suitable alternative. If there is however a very close equivalent in stock, rather than delay the dispatch of your order we will substitute for the nearest equivalent product.
