A blend of 70% Dyfi valley sharps and sweets and 30% bittersweets from the Wye valley. Acid forward blend balanced with subtle tannins. Sparkling cider, disgorged and corked, good for a celebration or as an aperitif.
A honey sparkled cider, named after the mountainside on which St Tydecho’s herd of golden horses roamed.
