A traditionally true lower alcohol Semillon from ancient vines in the Hunter Valley made by one of the great Australian Semillon producers.

Very smart wine. Complex, textured, interesting right the way through the bottle.  

A natural gently-oxidised wine from the hills, massively foody.  

The variety is the language that the story is written in, but the geology and the climate are the story itself.
