Sophie Cinier Pouilly-Fuisse Collection

Lightly oaked and remains bright and elegant, with stone fruit, vanilla and dried apricot on the palate.

Sophie has a tiny estate of only 10 acres in this classic White Burgundy appellation. She farms organically, and this wine, named ‘Collection’ comes from a parcel of very old vines, aged 70 years. Pouilly-Fuissé is made from only Chardonnay and it is barrel-fermented in small oak casks for one year before bottling. 2020 was an excellent, ripe vintage.
