Pale yellow sparkling wine, with an extremely fresh, austere, elegant and very complex nose. Great mineral character, with soft notes of yeast and bread. In the mouth it has a firm and balanced acidity, a vertical wine with very fine, persistent and very elegant bubbles.
Tabalí’s newest launch is a joint venture with Champagne Thiénot, who fell in love with the mean, calcareous soils of Tabalí’s Talinay blocks. The resulting wines are defined by this soil and shaped by Felipe Muller and Thiénot’s winemaking team.
