Senderos de Ukan has a deep cherry red colour. On the nose, remarkably aromatic, with notes of cherries, blackberries and plums and spicy and vanilla notes.

On the palate, smooth and velvety texture with fine tannins and a refreshing acidity that adds vitality. Ripe red fruit flavours stand out.

Senderos de UKAN is the result of a careful selection of Tempranillo vineyards from different villages in Rioja Alavesa. The grapes, harvested by hand in 15kg boxes, are then selected on arrival at the winery and processed by hand. Minimal intervention in order to achieve a balanced, fluid wine, full of fruit and freshness ready to be enjoyed from the very first moment.

Senderos de UKAN is UKAN's most accessible expression of their vineyards, the result of a careful selection of Tempranillo plots from different villages in Rioja Alavesa.

A delicate and fresh wine made by hand; harvest and manual selection, maceration-fermentation in concrete tanks and malolactic fermentation and ageing in Bordeaux barrels for 12-14 months depending on the vintage. Minimal intervention in order to achieve a balanced, fluid wine, full of fruit and freshness ready to be enjoyed from the very first moment.
