Beautiful pale yellow colour. Nose of white flowers. Long and balanced mouth. Sophisticated and discreet. Great finesse of the bubbles. Crowned by exceptional aromatic notes of white fruit, its bubbles are fine and its colour has delicate golden highlights.

Located in the heart of the Anjou vineyards at Brissac and built in the 11th century, the Château des Cossé - France's highest chateau - is nicknamed the 'Giant of the Loire Valley' and has been owned by the Cossé de Brissac family since 1502. The vineyard has been present on the family’s land since the construction of the Château.

Like the chateau itself, the Cremant de Loire is a legenary wine. It combines the diversity of grape varieties of the Loire Valley, the richness of the terroir and traditional winemaking methods, with a minimum of 12 month' ageing on the laths. Chateau des Cosse Cremant de Loire stands out for its flamboyant palate, rich taste and aromatic intensity. It is the idea companion for your festive and gastronomic occasions.

The Cossé de Brissac family has entrusted the exploitation of its vineyard to the Caves de la Loire, renowned for their know-how in the Loire Valley.
