Traditional Welsh Bramble apple sauce

A wild red blend with notes of sage, spicy bramble and red berry fruit.

Compote, brambles, chocolate and a whiff of tobacco over a fresh palate of blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, and coffee.   

A rich, dark Port, packed full of pure bramble fruit, very concentrated with well-integrated tannins and surprisingly good balancing acidity.

Brambly fruit underpinned by subtle oaky nuances, lovely sweet spice - warm star anise with a touch of cinnamon.
