SABOR DE AMOR
Sabor de Amor (Taste of Love) is Spanish-Welsh business that was founded in 2014 and sums up the essence of Spanish food; sharing great food with the ones you love.
Founder Beatriz Albo, came to Wales in 1992 to study for her PhD in Biochemistry. After attaining her PhD she worked as a scientist in Manchester University for several years until she gave up her career to have her 2nd child. After 10 years as a teacher, she started SAbor de Amor, from her kitchne, initially selling her foods via farmers' markets and food festivals.
Her first product was 'Paella in a Bottle' allowing anyone to make a perfect paella in a few stimple steps. 'Paella in a Bottle' won the sauces section of the Tom Kerridge TV program Top of the Shop.
Today Sabor de Amor produce a range of Spanish inspired foods including alioli, salsa brava and tapenades.
