BROOKES WYE VALLEY DAIRY
Brooke’s Wye Valley Dairy rests in the rural heart of the Wye Valley in South Wales. They are a family farming business and have been making artisan Welsh ice cream, sorbets and soft cheese on their farm for over two generations.
They started dairy farming in the 1970’s and the wet Welsh weather is perfect for growing lush long grass for the cows. Originally farming Friesian cows they moved to Jersey cows in the 1990’s that are well suited to the grass based system.
Brookes Wye Valley Dairy's handmade soft cheeses showcase the delicious creaminess of the Jersey milk they produce on the farm. They are proud to produce delicious, quality dairy products in Monmouthshire. Their farm is accredited by Red tractor demonstrating high animal welfare practices.
