Owned by the Jenkins family, Caws Penhelyg make certified organic cheeses made from raw, single herd milk.
Their cheese is made by hand on a small scale at their micro dairy near Aberystwyth - award-winning Abaty, a creamy Brie style cheese and Abaty Glas, a soft and creamy blue cheese.
