CINNAMON GROVE DISTILLERY
Cinnamon Grove Distillery was founded in 2018 at Cinnamon Grove Farm in Haverfordwest and is a small independent family run distillery in the heart of beautiful Pembrokeshire. It is recognised as Pembrokeshire’s first gin distillery and they distill small batches of handcrafted gin, vodka and rum.
The gin recipe was inspired by the cultural heritage of a 17th century well on the farm and the water is combined with 11 carefully selected full flavoured botanicals using a combination of tradition and modern distillation techniques.
Cinnamon Grove's award-winning original gin is a well-balanced juniper-led and generously flavoured premium gin with a fresh streak of citrus and warm earthy, spicey notes. Their pink gin is a premium gin created in 2019 and, unlike most pink gins, is not sweet. It is distilled using 5 fresh fruits and is a purposefully dry soft juniper led fruity tasting gin, best served with a light tonic.
