Flawsome's founders grew up eating fruit from Nan’s orchard. Real fruit, grown in real weather, eaten in season, perfect or not. At university in Wales, they saw how much of that good fruit went to waste and rejected for size or looks, whole pallets turned away at their best. It never sat right.
So with £800 and twins on the way, they started Flawsome! by saving wonky and surplus fruit so growers could sell more of what they’d worked so hard to grow. They cold-pressed it to keep the real taste with no added sugar, sweeteners or flavourings. Soon cafés were pouring it, families were stocking it, and everyone said the same thing: “It tastes like real fruit.” That’s how Flawsome! was born, saving what’s in season, treating it with care, and turning it into drinks you actually want to drink. Real fruit, less waste.
They save wonky and surplus fruit from waste (77 million fruits saved so far!) and their ambition is to save 20,000 tonnes by 2028. And they support farmers by paying a fair price for their wonky & surplus fruit. Embrace "The Wonky Way” and choose sustainability over perfection.
