Llaeth Gwarffynnon have been producing milk for over 30 years and they produce award winning Caws Silian Mediterranean Style Cheese. The halloumi style cheese is handmade from high quality milk produced from free-range cowss using renewable energy. As a result, the milk produces excellent textured, creamy and salted delicious Halwmi Cymru,
