MERYWEN GIN
Founded in 2015 by Matt Rowland and based in Llanelian on the Denbigh Moors, North Star Distillery is a small artisanal distillery that produces Merywen Gin in small batches using a traditioanl copper still.
North Star Distillery use local ingredients such as gorse and heather along with the juniper berries.
