PEMBROKESHIRE BEACH FOOD CO
The Pembrokeshire Beach Food Company was founded in 2012 by local entrepreneur Jonathan Williams and focuses on sustainably harvested seaweed and local seafood from the Pembrokeshire coase, offering products like "Welshman's Caviar" (laverbread), various seaweed seasonings, and fresh shellfish.It is now partnered with Câr-Y-Môr.
Pembrokeshire Beach Food aims t bring the "simple goodness of the Welsh sea and soil" to tables through its products.
In the summer, it operates the solar powered Cafe Mor at Freshwater West beach.
Beach Food by Câr-Y-Môr is a food shop brought to you by the Câr-Y-Môr cymuned – our word for community – a caring group of sea and land farmers, fisherman, gatherers, cooks, processors, producers, delivery drivers and more. As well as bringing the wholesome flavours of Pembrokeshire to your table, the people of Câr-Y-Môr are working to nourish the sea and soil through regenerative sea and land farming, create jobs and education opportunities, and support a sustainable future.
