Pendraig Rum is premium crafted rum crafted in the heart of Wales with indulgent flavours by Liam and Dan, two cousins.
A blend of local honey, a touch of Halen Môn sea salt, notes of creamy vanilla and salted caramel meet the warm spice of nutmeg and cinnamon, rounded off with a hint of dark chocolate, it embodies the wild spirit of the Welsh coast and countryside. Smooth enough to drink neat, on the rocks or as the centrepiece to your favourite cocktail. Infused with Madagascan vanilla pods, cinnamon, fresh lime peel, cocoa, and cardamom, our Spiced Rum is blended with the purest Welsh spring water, locally sourced honey, and a touch of Anglesey sea salt to create a deep, complex character with a velvety finish. A final kiss of caramel delivers its rich, golden hue—bold, smooth, and irresistibly indulgent.
The name Pendraig, meaning Head of the Dragon, or Chief Dragon reflects a strong reflection of Welsh pride as well as a nod to their hometown of Penarth.
