THE PARSNIPSHIP
Originally established as a home-based business in the Vale of Glamorgan Wales by Ben and Flo, The Parsnipship have been selling products at farmers markets and food & music festivals since 2007.
They makes unique vibrant, colourful and delicious vegetarian and vegan products handcrafted in small batches in Wales using natural ingredients with vegetables, nuts and pulses at the front and centre.
The Parsnipship moved to Ogmore Vale in 2011 and developed a production kitchen to increase capacity and expand their range of products. Today thousands of Parsnipship products are made every week in the heart of the Forest of Dean, in a bespoke vegan and vegetarian production kitchen under the careful wing of Cinderhill Farm - using the best of ingredients and slow cooking methods - by dedicated staff who quite simply love the food that they make.
