WELSH COFFEE CO
Huw Williams founded of the Welsh Coffee Company in 2011, purchasing a coffee roaster and selling small batches of high quality speciality grade coffee in Wales.
Similar to the “new wave” coffee roasters based in Scandinavia and Australia he wanted to produce a lighter roasted coffee which was better in quality and taste. The coffee company reflects their outdoor lifestyle of surfing, walking, yoga and the ethos of looking after the natural environment, appreciating its beauty and conserving and protecting it.
Dragon - the Probat roaster - creates the flame that is at the heart of their award winning coffee amd their blends and single origin coffees are created from carefully selected high grade green coffee beans, which are lightly roasted by hand in small batches to enhance their unique qualities and flavours. They only source high quality green beans, roasting to their own unique roast profiles which has led to winning four Great Taste awards and achieving Great Taste Producer status.
