WELSH HOMESTEAD SMOKERY
Welsh Homestead Smokery's smokehouse is built on their 3-acre homestead in the Cambrian Mountains of West Wales. Everything they produce is lovingly smoked here on the homestead, in small batches and they have created some unusual flavour combinations to add interest to your dishes and to add that bit of smoky food magic…
They grow (and store) as much of their own food as possible using the large vegetable garden, the polytunnel, greenhouse and the grazing they have. They keep a small flock of sheep for wool and for food in the paddock along with mixed flocks of ducks, chickens and quail and weaner pigs during the summer months and turkeys for Christmas.
