Silver Circle – Award Winning Gins and Spirits from Monmouthshire
Based in the village of Catbrook, a few miles north of the famous Tintern Abbey in Monmouthshire Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is Silver Circle Distillery.
Founded in 2019, Silver Circle use local ingredients to produce some exceptional craft spirits that have already achieved great successes in the Great Taste Awards.

Silver Circle Aquavit
A modern version of the famous Scandinavian spirit, Silver Circle Aquavit is distilled with caraway, fennel, raspberry, lemon and rye and is fantastic for making cocktails, martinis, G&Ts or just drunk straight.
Wye Valley Gin
Wye Valley, Silver Circle’s fresh and crisp citrussy signature gin is hand crafted using botanicals local to the Wye Valley such as Sweet Woodruff, Elderflower, Mugwort and Scots Pine. A Great Taste Awards 2021 1 Star Winner.
Damson Negroni
Three Star Great Taste Awards 2021 Winner! Damson Negroni is a special blend of vermouths and Wye Valley Gin and is infused with ripe Wye Valley damsons and Campari. Best served with ice and orange.
