Our Smoked Honey Lamb Bacon is our signature bacon! We are a registered PGI Welsh Lamb producer so you can be assured all of our lamb is local Welsh Lamb born and grown here in the mountains of Wales. We love smoked lamb bacon as part of a Welsh Breakfast, or mixed into a creamy pasta sauce, served in a lamb burger or even combined with a slice of black pudding, a scallop and a spoonful of smoked chilli jam! Handcrafted artisan, smoked lamb bacon. Slowly cured on our homestead by hand using the traditional dry cure method, flavoured with the finest Welsh honey and smoked in small batches.
