Gorgeous on all seafood and even works well with chicken – try as a dry rub on prawns or your favourite fish. Toss into a rice salad or add to butter and melt over new potatoes. Found only on the Welsh coast – Welsh Laver Seaweed is handpicked on the Pembrokeshire coast and is then dried and toasted to bring out its unique depth of flavour.
