Blorenge is a luxuriously soft Brie-style cheese made from pasteurised Jersey cow's milk. It has a distinctive deep yellow hue and an indulgently creamy texture.

Blorenge takes its name from The Blorenge, the prominent hill that rises above the historic market town of Abergavenny. Standing watch over the Usk Valley, it's renowned for its sweeping panoramic views. A rich, buttery character and a gentle savoury depth. On the nose it carries warm dairy aromas. The flavour opens mellow and creamy, developing into a rounded, slightly sweet balanced by delicate savoury notes that linger on the palate.
