Wacky Wedge's Kefir is made with raw goat milk sourced within North Wales. Their milk is something they are very proud of as they work with smaller family farms to acquire ethically source milk for a fair price. Whilst not as fizzy as most Kefir, they aim to create a drink that is savoured by all.
