A medium-dry pet nat cider made with a rich blend of apples from the Wye Valley and Eifionydd, bittersweets balanced with a touch of sharps, conditioned with local honey. 15 Mochyn (15 Pigs) is named after the tenth century Welsh laws of Hywel Dda, which state the exchange value of a mature apple tree in fruit as equal to fifteen pigs. No added sulphites. Natural sediment. Contains honey.
