A brut nature sparkling cider, made with a blend of bittersweet apples from the Wye Valley balanced with sharp and sweet apples from the Dyfi Valley. Bottle fermented with local honey. C’lanme is named after Calan Mai (May Day) when the orchards are in bloom and the cider is sparkling in the bottle. No added sulphites. Contains honey.
Passion flower on the nose, peach and walnut on the palate.
