A brut nature sparkling cider, made with a light blend of sharp and sweet apples from Tanybwlch orchard near Dinas Mawddwy. Bottle fermented with local honey. Dôl y Ceirw (Meadow of the Deer) is named after a field on the banks of the Dyfi near Llanymawddwy where Tydecho was seen ploughing with deer and a wolf after his oxen were stolen. No added sulphites. Contains honey.
Dog rose and honeycomb on the nose, gooseberry and jasmine on the palate.
