A dry, still cider, made with a balanced blend of sharp and sweet apples from the Dulas Valley and Dyfi Valley, balanced with a touch of bittersweet apples from the Clarach Valley, and matured in oak barrels. Pont Evans (Evans’s Bridge) is named after a bridge over the river Dulas, a good spot for a swim after a long day picking apples. No added sulphites. Natural sediment.
Spiced orange on the nose, cranberry and river stones on the palate.
