This beer came about through a collaboration with nearby Heavy Industry Brewing. The goal was to produce a modern take on the classic Pilsner style by incorporating New World hops. The unique hop aromas are complemented by some sourness and a relatively low level of alcohol. A unique, cloudy beer with a tropical aroma reminiscent of papaya. Named it after the local beach resort: beautiful Bala Lake. Enjoy it with some pupu on your lanai. Mahalo.
