This unique, smooth and sweet Medieval Mead uses the oldest recipe we have been able to find for producing mead, although we have excluded the rotten crab apples since we think that modern taste buds are not into such flavours. With it’s rich golden, honeycomb finish, this has quickly become one of the most popular Meads in the UK and certainly a favourite of our customers.
