Cyril Audoin’s father, Charles, was a visionary in Burgundy in the 1970s, even before Marsannay was an appellation. In other words, this is some stellar juice that you just have to get your hands on. Obviously, all Pinot Noir, and absolutely divine. Sub-region: Cote d'Or from Côte de Nuits, not far from Gevrey Chambertin. It is made up of a selection of old vines and named after his formidable grandma!
