Originally planted as an experiment to see if climate change had produced more favourable conditions for certain varieties. The result was a beautifully wine perfect for the summer months.
The vineyards of which come from the Fabre family’s vineyards known as ‘La Grande Courtade’. Here, the wine cellar houses vats that were built by their ancestors in the 18th century and have been in use ever since.
