La Borie is a large estate in the northern end of the Southern Rhone Valley in South East France. It is in the process of converting to organic farming. This white wine is made from Grenache Blanc, Picpoul and Clairette grape varieties. It is the first certified organic wine from the estate. It’s a young, fresh wine, with no oak ageing.
