Flowery notes and ripe citrus peels on the nose, brioche aromas. Very fine perlage on the palate, with flavours of ripe clementine, Croissant with orange marmalade filling, and a pleasant refreshing acitidy in the finish.
The wine has spent 6 years on the lees before disgorgement, no added sulphites with a dosage of 8g/L.
