Rhosyn - the Welsh word for rose – a vintage, traditional method sparkling wine from our 2021 harvest is a blend of Seyval Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes with gentle skin contact providing a delicate blush to the wine.

Starting with floral notes of cherry blossom and rose petals. Hints of red fruit, cherries, strawberries, and pomegranate. Good acidity, delicate savoury pastry notes, a fine mousse, and good length.

“Made from Seyval Blanc and Pinot Noir, this is an elegant, demure rosé with masses of style, class and breeding.  The Pinot Noir involved brings unexpected elegance to the whole, making this a world-class wine.” Matthew Jukes, Money Week
