Christmas Puddings — Steamed to Perfection

Our Christmas Puddings are now in production in our kitchens in Llanrwst and are another of our award-winning Christmas staples. Made from another 4th-generation family recipe, bursting with fruit and festive spice. Each pudding is slowly steamed, soaked in dark stout, and left to mature, creating that perfect rich, moist texture and traditional taste that defines Christmas dinner.

No festive feast is complete without Blas ar Fwyd mince pies warmed or with a spoonful of indulgent brandy butter or brandy sauce. Our mince pies are filled with rich, spiced fruit mincemeat and baked to golden perfection - delicious on their own or even better served warm with a drizzle of brandy sauce.
