Blas ar Fwyd is taking part in an exciting new intiative to raise the awareness of great Welsh food and drink to visitors to the region.
In partnership with Anglesey's Menter Mon business developmnent agency, who have created the scheme, Blas ar Fwyd will deliver a range of three carefully curated food boxes to guests staying at holiday lets. The three boxes reference North Wales' ancient history and legend. Tywysogion: a box of beer and spirits; Dwynwen: ideal for couples and Aberffraw: a wide selection of food and drink suitable for a family.
The food boxes are ideal for purchase by accommodation providers or the guests themeselves.
It is hoped that the scheme will encourage visitors to buy more Welsh produced food and drink whilst they are on holiday but also when they return home too.
